 SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Claims Administrator is an advocate on behalf of our Clients to ensure their claims are reported timely and resolved appropriately by the insurance companies. As a Claims Administrator, you will play an integral role in relationships with insurance carriers, our Property & Casualty and Personal Lines Clients, the Alper Claims Management Services Team, Producers and Account Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Education: College Degree require
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of claims experience in insurance agency, carrier or corporate claims adjuster
  • Strong knowledge of insurance coverages
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship-building skills with Producers, Account Executives, Clients, and Team Members
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under shifting priorities and pressure 
  • Delivers outstanding Client service, with focus on internal and external relationship building
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, experience in working with AMS360 or comparable agency management system preferred
